Rules

Every General Admission ticket belongs to a legitimate public identity: a person, brand, project, product, creator, idea or other supported entrant.

Anything an entrant says about itself is its own claim. It is not verification or endorsement by Richest Queue.

General Admission

General Admission costs $5. Ticket numbers are issued sequentially only after confirmed payment and remain permanent.

There is no General Admission reservation or queue-position hold. General Admission does not promise paid #1 or RQ #1.

Credits

Credits require an existing owned General Admission ticket and are managed through My Account. Packs of 20, 100, 400 and 1,200 credits cost $5, $25, $100 and $300. Credits never expire, are not cash and cannot be transferred.

Earning is capped and published: 4 credits with the ticket, up to 10 for finishing the entry, 1 per upvote of another project up to 4 a day, 3 for an update once a week, 2 for a monthly check-in, 20 for a plus-one who buys a ticket. Small earnings stop at 8 a day. Self-votes, same-network votes and bursts do not count and manipulated earnings are reversed.

The rope (Today's VIPs). Five stands in the roped lane in front of the queue, always five. One sealed bid per project per day, in whole credits, no minimum, and bidding is open for the next drop only. On any single day Richest Queue may withhold one stand and allocate it by hand: the other four are earned by bid as usual, how many stands that day sells is published when bidding for that day opens and does not change once that day has a bid, and a withheld stand is marked as Richest Queue's own pick, is never presented as won and costs nothing. At 08:00 UTC the highest bids take the stands that are for sale, for twenty-four hours; ties go to the earlier bid. Winners pay what they bid, losers are refunded in full, and no bid, winning or losing, is ever shown to anyone but the project that placed it. Standing at the rope changes where a character is drawn for a day and nothing else.

The screens. Surfaces in the world are booked in eight-hour slots: East (00:00 to 08:00 UTC), Central (08:00 to 16:00) and West (16:00 to 24:00). Richest Queue sets each surface's base price, how many bookings a slot holds and the longest booking it takes. The price of the next booking rises with how full and how busy the slot is and drifts down while it stays unsold; the price is quoted when you book and honoured. Printed surfaces book by the day or longer.

Credits buy attention and opportunity only. More visibility may lead to more opens, visits, customers or genuine Momentum, but none is guaranteed. A bid or booking does not alter the entrant's permanent GA ticket number and does not buy RQ Rank.

RQ Rank / Departures

RQ Rank is earned and cannot be bought. It combines Product Signal with Momentum and confidence-adjusted evidence.

Bought attention and earned position are separate. A VIP at the rope can be RQ #42. A $5 General Admission entrant can be RQ #1.

Money, credits and Pot spend are not direct scoring inputs.

Upvotes and response

General Admission entries can be upvoted. There are no downvotes. Upvotes do not directly move a ticket, buy RQ Rank or automatically win Pot support.

Do not automate, buy, fabricate or otherwise manipulate votes, clicks, visits or other response signals. Suspicious activity may be rate-limited, disregarded or removed from scoring.

The Pot

20% of every successful user payment is allocated to The Pot. A $5 General Admission ticket contributes $1; a credit pack contributes a fifth of its price.

The Pot pays money to entrants Richest Queue picks, including entrants that have never bought credits. It does not convert to credits, does not buy Featured time and never bids at the rope. Payment is made by hand to the bank account or wallet the project supplies, and is recorded as an auditable funding transaction. No single Pot payment exceeds a quarter of the Pot balance at the time. Entrants are chosen by Richest Queue or by request from My Account; requests are screened privately and carry no promise.

Pot-backed attention is shown apart from the entrant's own spend and creates no entitlement.

The Pot is not a raffle, lottery, investment, deposit or account belonging to entrants. Selection is not guaranteed. Pot-funded exposure itself gives zero Momentum or RQ Rank points. Only genuine response or external movement afterwards can affect earned performance.

Not welcome

No illegal content, malware, phishing, impersonation, fraud, obvious scams, extremist material, hate content, pornography, doxxing or links intended to harm visitors.

Do not use somebody else's identity, brand or rights unlawfully or deliberately misleadingly.

Moderation

We may remove or hide an entry or link where we reasonably believe it breaks these rules, creates a security risk, infringes rights or puts the site at legal risk.

General Admission means you paid the admission amount. Credits mean you paid for, or earned, credits. Neither is an endorsement and no traffic, exposure level, RQ Rank or commercial return is guaranteed. Pot-supported attention is separate and discretionary.
