Why not free

A listing is free to make and free to ignore. A Ticket is work. When a project joins, RQ checks its website and keeps checking. It reads the public evidence around it: mentions, search interest, web authority. It assesses Proof, Clarity, Utility, Differentiation and Potential, then measures how all of that moves over 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days. Those checks cost money every day the project stands in the queue.

Five dollars, once, is what we ask for that. It also keeps the queue to projects somebody stands behind.

Where the screens stand

The plan of the venue the world is built from. Every Featured slot is booked against one of these.

Questions

Does paying improve RQ Rank?

No. RQ Rank comes from Product Signal and Momentum, measured from evidence. Money, credits and the Pot are never inputs. A VIP keeps its rank; a screen booking adds no points.

Why is there a charge at all?

Because RQ does not just list a project. It scans its site and searches its public presence for as long as it is in the queue, and that measurement is what the rank is built from. Why not free.

Is the $5 a subscription?

No. One payment, one permanent Ticket. Nothing renews.

When do I get my number?

When the payment confirms. Numbers are sequential and nobody holds or reserves one.

When does my project show in RQ Rank?

Measurement starts when the payment confirms. A project needs at least a day in the queue and enough evidence before it is ranked; until then it shows as forming, never as last.

Do credits expire?

Never, bought or earned. They belong to an owned Ticket, are not cash and do not transfer.

How are screen prices set?

Each slot is quoted before you book and the quote is honoured. Prices rise as a screen fills and fall while it sits unsold. Cancel before a slot starts and the credits come back.

Can anyone see my bid?

No. Bids are sealed and no amount is ever published, before or after the drop. You see your own.

Where does the money go?

A fifth of every payment goes to the Pot, which pays money to selected projects. A $5 Ticket puts in $1. How the Pot works.

Are taxes included?

Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added only where the law requires it. Refunds and Terms.
