Terms

Richest Queue is a public internet queue. A successful purchase buys the displayed position at the front of that queue at that moment.

What you are buying

Each successful purchase places the buyer’s selected public entry at #1. Every later successful purchase moves the existing queue back one place. Your purchase does not guarantee how long you remain #1.

No minimum traffic, clicks, exposure, sales, enquiries, downloads, publicity or other commercial outcome is promised.

Pricing

The first #1 costs $1. Each subsequent successful #1 costs exactly $1 more than the previous successful #1, subject to any correction required after a voided, reversed or invalid payment.

A short checkout reservation may temporarily hold the displayed price. An expired reservation does not guarantee that price remains available.

Your public entry

You are responsible for the name, message, link and other information you submit. You must have the right to use that material and it must comply with the Rules.

We may hide, remove or disable material that is unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, abusive or otherwise incompatible with the Rules.

Payments

Card and supported wallet payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Crypto payments may be verified on public blockchain infrastructure. A queue position is awarded only when the relevant payment has been successfully confirmed.

Payment issues and refunds are handled in accordance with the Refunds page and applicable law.

The Pot

An amount equal to 20% of successful queue-jump revenue is displayed as The Pot. The Pot is not an investment product, prize pool, client account, deposit or entitlement belonging to entrants. Buying a queue position creates no ownership interest, right to profit, right to repayment or claim over The Pot.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and the public queue accurate, but no internet service is uninterrupted. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or legal compliance.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Purchases already completed remain governed by the terms and consumer rights applicable at the time.
