Terms

These terms apply when you use Richest Queue, submit an entry, buy General Admission or credits, follow an outbound link or use My Account. By confirming a purchase you agree to these Terms, the Rules, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Operator and contract

Richest Queue is currently operated by an individual sole trader established in the United Kingdom and trading as Richest Queue. Payment processing is provided by third-party payment providers. Use the contact page for support or legal correspondence.

What Richest Queue is

Richest Queue combines three separate mechanisms: permanent General Admission, optional credits that buy attention for a limited time, and an earned RQ Rank on Departures. Money can buy attention. It cannot directly buy Momentum, Product Signal or RQ Rank.

Who may buy

You must be at least 18, legally capable of entering into the purchase, and authorised to act for any business, project, brand or other thing you submit. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you and your submission.

General Admission

General Admission has a base price of $5, plus applicable taxes only where legally required. Before payment you provide the basic identity of the thing entering the queue, including a name, short pitch, category, public project URL, project country and account email.

Starting checkout does not reserve a General Admission number, place or price. After successful payment is confirmed, Richest Queue creates the entry and issues the next consecutive General Admission ticket number. General Admission is permanent subject to these terms and the Rules.

"Permanent" means the issued ticket and its historical identity are intended to remain part of Richest Queue while the service operates. It does not prevent moderation, disabling an unlawful or unsafe destination, correction of inaccurate data, compliance with law, or eventual discontinuation of the service.

The public URL may be used as part of the entrant's measurement identity. Applicable public signals may be collected from supported search, development, video and app-store sources.

Credits

Credits are available only to an existing owned General Admission ticket and are managed through My Account. One credit is worth 25 US cents. Credits are bought in packs at that rate or earned through actions on the site; the displayed pack price is the base price and applicable taxes may be added where legally required. Credits never expire. They are not money, are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable between accounts and are not a deposit, investment or property right.

Credits can be spent on a VIP day (Today's VIPs: a sealed daily bid, the highest bids standing in the roped lane for twenty-four hours) and on eight-hour Featured runs in the world. A bid or booking is a request for a limited period of attention at the price shown when it is placed. Winning bids are charged at the amount bid; losing bids are returned in full. A screen booking is honoured at the quoted price for its booked slots. No minimum audience, response or outcome is promised for any bid or booking.

Earned credits are granted by Richest Queue under published rules with caps, and may be withheld or reversed where the qualifying action is found to be manipulated, automated or fraudulent. Richest Queue may change earning rules and prices prospectively; credits already held keep their value in credits.

Fast Track, the earlier paid ladder, closed in September 2026. Any historical Fast Track spend converts to credits at the same rate and is shown separately in My Account.

Immediate performance and cancellation rights

General Admission and credit packs are digital services designed to begin immediately after successful payment. By expressly requesting immediate delivery at checkout, you ask us to begin performance without waiting for any otherwise applicable cancellation period. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law gives you a right to cancel despite performance having begun, that right applies as required by law.

Measurement and owner reports

Richest Queue may measure impressions, project opens, outbound visits and applicable external public signals to calculate Momentum and report the effect of paid attention. Reports describe observed attribution and correlation within Richest Queue's measurement system. They do not prove that a VIP day or a Featured run caused sales, investment, downloads or other external commercial outcomes.

External data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, revised or affected by third-party methodology. Richest Queue may update scoring and measurement methods prospectively as the product develops.

RQ Rank / Departures

RQ Rank is an earned ranking produced from Product Signal, Momentum and confidence-adjusted evidence. Paid spend, credits, VIP days, Featured runs and Pot funding are not direct scoring inputs. Scores may change as new data arrives, confidence changes, abuse is filtered or scoring versions are improved.

No promised result

No purchase guarantees traffic, clicks, enquiries, sales, downloads, investment, press coverage, followers, Momentum, RQ Rank, Pot support or any other commercial or reputational outcome.

Your submission

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights to the name, copy, logo, image, link and other material you submit. You retain ownership and grant Richest Queue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, format, display and distribute that material as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and archive the service and its public ticket history.

Moderation and abuse

We may reject, hide, restrict, disable links to or remove content where we reasonably believe it is unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, abusive, manipulated or technically harmful. We may rate-limit, disregard, correct or remove votes, clicks, visits or other signals where activity appears automated, manipulated or invalid.

Payments, currencies and taxes

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are added only where legally required and should be shown before payment. The public project country is not treated as the buyer's billing or tax location. Where tax collection is required, the payment flow may collect billing-location information separately.

Card and supported wallet payments are processed by third parties. A ticket or credit pack is recorded only after the relevant payment is successfully confirmed. For blockchain payments, you are responsible for using the supported network, asset, amount and destination shown in the payment flow. Blockchain transfers can be irreversible, and losses caused solely by sending the wrong asset, network, amount or destination may not be recoverable.

The Pot

An amount equal to 20% of the base value of every successful user payment is allocated to The Pot. A $5 General Admission payment contributes $1. Tax collected on behalf of a tax authority is not part of the Pot contribution.

Richest Queue may use The Pot to give selected entrants additional attention. The Pot is not an investment, client account, prize pool, lottery, deposit or property of entrants. Buying a ticket does not guarantee selection. Pot-funded attention itself gives zero Momentum or RQ Rank points.

Account, ownership and sign-in

Your email is the account identity used for receipts, account access and ticket recovery. Richest Queue uses private device ownership tokens and short-lived, single-use email links to authenticate access to My Account. Keep access to your email account secure. Recovery restores existing ownership and does not create a duplicate ticket. We may require additional evidence where ownership is disputed.

Refunds and faults

Refunds and failed-delivery cases are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law. Losing a daily bid, or another project booking the slot you wanted, is not a failure to deliver.

Availability and changes

We may suspend or change features for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance or genuine product development. Completed General Admission ticket numbers and completed payment history are not subject to discretionary rewriting.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Richest Queue is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill or data arising from use of the service, third-party destinations, payment-provider outages or reliance on prominence, rankings or discovery signals.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and non-contractual disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in another jurisdiction, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes apply prospectively from publication unless law requires otherwise.
